Full-Service Damage Restoration in Pompano Beach & Nearby Areas

A driver of an automobile ran a four way stop sign at the corner of my property. Then they crossed over 50 feet of my front lawn and crashed into the side of my one car garage, and impaled itself in the side wall of the garage. That totaled the car inside the garage and itself and severely damaged the garage conder block walls, garage door and load bearing beams. Damages to the garage were just over $34,000 to 35,000 as I recall. I called four different companies, trying to get any company out there immediately to board up and secure the premises. National Restoration was the only company that was able to get out there the next day. Everyone else was one to two weeks before they could do anything which was unacceptable give the valuables exposed in the garage and residence. 1. National Restoration did an excellent job of framing and boarding up the damaged two sides of the garage and provided the needed professional rough carpentry workmanship. 2. While the repair process took 5 1/2 months to complete, engineer plans, permitting and inspections caused most of the lapsed time. 3. Unlike many companies, the owner, Joe Hernandez was always available, concerned and prompt in returning my phone calls and was clearly engaged in assuring active progress in every situation. I never felt or believed that he was just giving lip service to any situation, which was reassuring.. 4. As is often is the case in construction, every job has it’s scheduling issues and short term delays. This one did too! If you don’t understand that, you don’t understand the (re)construction business. 5. In the end all of the work was completed in a workmanlike manner given the circumstances. The stucco had to be redone when the owner inspected it but was redone the next day. 6. Restoration companies, by their very nature are needed on demand and almost always with short notice in emergency or dire situations. Therefore, they command a premium to provide this service. So Restoration Companies in general are not the cheapest pricing. All in all, National Restoration was reasonably priced given all aspects of the job. I was pleased with the outcome.

Ruben Sosa might well be the best project manager for contracting in all of south Florida. This was a major project involving new flooring, ceilings, plumbing, electrical, kitchen remodel, drywall, doors, and paint. The contractors that Ruben chose were fast, talented, and hard working. They took great pains to accommodate my family during the construction and bring the best options and expertise to judgement calls. My home is now greatly increased in value and is more functional and pleasant for my family and pets. The office team was diligent with the permitting, payments, and organizing planning and costs. It is usually almost impossible to find effective contracting that you can trust in south Florida. I will be using this company almost exclusively for any major renovations in future

That said something to us about the CEO and his care about his company's reputation and the satisfaction of his customers.
